Shipping & Returns
We take pride in our prints and package them with the utmost care so your order arrives safely and in great condition. Of course, we can not account for everything that may occur during transit which can damage your order. But rest assured, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All of our artwork is printed to order so you receive a perfect print each time. Please allow the following times to receive your order.
- 3–5 business days - Fulfillment Time (time it takes to make your custom-ordered print)
Shipping within the USA:
- 5–8 business days
- Orders over $49 - FREE SHIPPING
- Orders $49 and under – $6
Shipping to Canada:
- 13–16 business days
- Flat rate of $6.30 to Canada
- You might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery
Recipient is responsible for any Customs Duties and Taxes imposed. The shipping cost and time varies by country.
Not in love with your new purchase? We stand by everything we print and will accept returns within 30 days of purchasing.
- All items must be in new condition and packaged as they were received
- Invoice must be included in return package
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
- No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales (only exchanges)
- Framed Prints and Canvas Gallery Wraps - we do not accept returns or exchanges because they are custom made to order.
- 20% restocking fee for orders over $100 or orders with more than 5 items

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions and detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be donated to charity.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to a wrong address or delivered at the wrong place. Please, check your information, address and postal code before placing your order. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
